Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Santa CruzCA. This full-time permanent role involves delivering high-quality physical therapy services to patients caregivers and facilities in accordance with professional principles and practices. You will play a critical role in developing treatment plans supervising support staff managing cases and fostering positive relationships with clients and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional physical therapy services that align with the principles and practices of physical therapy.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver skilled therapy tailored to patients medical needs.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and aides ensuring quality care and compliance.
- Contribute to effective case management and maintain detailed accurate documentation of treatment goals progress and medical necessity.
- Adhere to state-specific Practice Acts and laws governing Physical Therapy practices and supervision.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with facilities clients and staff while enhancing and expanding client relations.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from a physical therapy education program .
- State licensure/registration as applicable.
