Physical therapist
An excellent healthcare facility outside of Columbus Ohio is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team! Join a great team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing high-quality care!
Pay: $36.00 - $53.00/hour
$5000 Sign-On Bonus
Physical Therapist Opportunity:
- Full-time permanent position
- Schedule: Full-Time Day Shift
- Setting: Both Inpatient and Outpatient care
- Comprehensive full benefits including medical dental vision a retirement plan and more
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Complete patient assessments to develop and implement an individualized care plan
- Provide high-quality patient-centered care in collaboration with the patient family and care team
- Provide skilled goal-oriented physical therapy while maintaining an ongoing assessment of the patient to make any changes to the care plan as necessary
- Maintain all records and reports per regulatory guidelines and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- BLS Certification
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Montana (or eligibility to obtain upon hire)
- Must have previous experience with Orthopedics Neuro and outpatient therapies
