As a Senior HR Business Partner youll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders operating at the intersection of people and business. Youll bring resilience confidence and pragmatism to guide leaders through complexity high volume and constant change. This role demands someone who thrives in fast-paced high-growth environments and can balance strategic foresight with hands-on execution.
Partner directly with executives and senior leaders to shape and execute people strategies that drive business outcomes.
Lead and influence org design initiatives across distributed teams ensuring structures support scale clarity and performance.
Handle sensitive HR matters including terminations performance challenges and reorganizations with discretion speed and judgment.
Use data and insights to identify talent trends risks and opportunities influencing decision-making at the executive level.
Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Total Rewards and Talent Development to ensure alignment on hiring compensation and leadership growth.
Act as a coach and challenger to executives fostering strong leadership capabilities and high-performing teams.
Provide strategic counsel on workforce planning calibrations performance management and leadership development.
Serve as a culture carrier across geographies ensuring consistency while respecting local practices.
5 years of progressive HR experience including at least 35 years as an HRBP in high-growth fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to operate in high volume/fast-changing HR settings where speed and judgment are equally critical.
Comfortable working in tech or software-driven companies ideally with exposure to scaling organizations and evolving team structures.
Strong executive presence and persuasive communication skills: you influence outcomes at the highest levels.
Resilient under pressure and steady in the face of conflict; youre able to push back diplomatically and stand firm when needed.
Comfortable navigating sensitive employee relations issues with discretion fairness and pragmatism.
Adept at balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution; you dont shy away from rolling up your sleeves.
Confident in HR fundamentals: performance management cycles terminations compensation calibrations and compliance.
Experienced working with distributed teams and comfortable balancing local nuances with global alignment.
Naturally curious and solutions-oriented; you look for better ways of working and arent afraid to challenge assumptions
