Job Description
Position Summary:
The Analyst will be focused on supporting the Infrastructure Groups publicly traded companies Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P and Brookfield Infrastructure Corporation (collectively Brookfield Infrastructure) as well as our private infrastructure funds. This includes executing investor communication strategies and creating marketing materials while ensuring consistency and alignment across the Brookfield ecosystem. The Analyst will have the opportunity to participate in a very dynamic collaborative and growing area within the business interacting with Brookfield Infrastructures senior management team. This position is located in our Toronto office.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the communication of Brookfield Infrastructures key business strategies and results to members of the investment community including institutional investors research analysts and other stakeholders
Manage inquiries from retail investors and work with team members to coordinate appropriate responses
Monitor and report on research analyst investment ratings target prices earnings estimates and various other financial and operating metrics
Support the development and maintenance of marketing materials such as investor presentations and fact sheets as well as website and conference call disclosure
Gather and review disclosure support for investor materials in conjunction with other business groups
Organize and co-ordinate marketing activities including the preparation of materials for investor conferences and marketing road shows
Provide existing and prospective investor intelligence which includes tracking investor relations activity
Conduct trading market and peer analysis for the board and senior management
Manage the production and issuance of Brookfield Infrastructure press releases
Assist with other various initiatives as including providing support to our private infrastructure fund investor relations activities
Requirements:
Minimum of one to three years of related experience with a demonstrated financial acumen
An undergraduate degree in Business Finance or Accounting
Preference will be given to candidates with or pursuing a MBA CFA or accounting designation
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to confidently interact with all levels of management and external investment professionals
Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint Excel and Word
Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a proven ability to multi-task prioritize and juggle multiple competing tasks and demands under tight deadlines
