The Role:

Reporting to the General Manager you will be supported by the wider clinical leadership team in achieving operational & clinical excellence as well as engaging and motivating your team members.

As a fundamental member of the leadership team you will have the ability to establish & build effective relationships ensuring that residents are connected to the local community and have the confidence that they are included within their daily living & clinical care needs.

Alongside your clinical management abilities you will ensure that staff are educated & delivering each standard on a daily basis.

Summary of Duties:

Provide clinical guidance to residents & care staff

Undertake resident assessments & case conferencing

Review & update resident documentation

Motivation training & development of clinical team members

Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met

Essential Criteria & Skills:

AHPRA Registered Nurse Registration

Proven Aged Care leadership capabilities within a team

Understanding & working knowledge of ACFI processes

Ability to identify & improve areas for improvement

Accreditation knowledge & experience
