The Restorative Learning Center (RLC) Facilitator provides academic and behavioral support to high school students (grades 912) temporarily removed from the traditional classroom environment. The RLC Facilitator is responsible for maintaining a structured supportive space where students can complete assigned coursework reflect on behavioral expectations and engage in restorative practices. This position plays a critical role in ensuring academic continuity and fostering personal growth through meaningful relationships and consistent communication with school ConditionsFull-time school-year schedule require flexibility during special school events meetings and /or changes in the daily located in the RLC space with regular movement throughout the school for collaboration.
