Job Description

Our clients create acrylic sheets which were developed during World War I for fabricating various components for warplanes. These sheets began to be imported into Thailand around 1965. After 20 years of importing a local pioneer decided to start the first local production of acrylic sheets in Thailand in 1985.

Job Description

  • Developing a strategic plan to restore machines/equipments base condition to align with business needs and timelines for both plant sheet extrusion and acrylic casting.
  • Creating and maintaining clear documentation for all machines/equipment and maintenance activities. Ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Analyzing existing production processes to identify opportunities for introducing new technology and proposing actionable improvements using 5Cs. Leading the implementation of innovative solutions to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Applying strong analytical thinking to troubleshoot complex issues drive data-driven decisions and provide high technical insights to support new ideas.
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to establish clear performance targets for the team and production lines. Monitoring performance and leading efforts to meet and exceed those targets.

Qualification

  • Male 30-40 years old Thai only.
  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in machine improvement within the chemical manufacturing industry is required.
  • A strong background in PLC Hydronic and Screwling systems is required.
  • Experience in the chemical industry and coordinating with production for machine improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work commitment and ability to work under pressure.
  • Patient highly responsible able to make decisions and work well under pressure.
  • Able to work 6 days/week at Puttamonthon Sai 4 Rd. (near 9).
