Job Description
Title: Lider tcnico Ratail DataEngineer
Location: Hybrid Mode (CDMX GDL and MTY)
We are looking for a highly skilledData Engineerto design develop and maintain robust data pipelines and integration solutions usingAzure technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience withData Hub AzureAzure Data FactorySQLDatabricks andPython and will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Mandatory:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 6 years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
- Hands-on experience withAzure Data HubAzure Data Factory andDatabricks for centralized data management.
- Strong proficiency inSQL.
- Experience with data modeling warehousing and cloud-native architecture.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud data platforms and services.
- Understanding of data modeling warehousing and integration patterns.
- Understanding of data governance security and compliance in Azure.
- Knowledge of Python to build reusable components data manipulation and automation scripts
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g. Git).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Delta Lake Spark or other big data technologies.
- Experience with REST APIs and enterprise data migration tools.
- Azure certifications (e.g. Azure Data Engineer Associate).
- Domain knowledge of North America Retail Power & Gas Market
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines usingAzure Data FactoryandDatabricks.
- Integrate diverse data sources intoAzure Data Hub manage data flows Ensure data governance lineage and metadata management within Azure Data Hub along with consistency quality security high availability and performance.
- Write efficientSQLqueries for data extraction transformation and loading (ETL).
- Collaborate with data architects analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and formulate data strategies
- Ensure data quality governance and compliance across all data assets.
- Monitor and optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines for performance and reliability.
- Document data architecture processes and best practices.
