ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf ofour client a leading manufacturer of household cleaning products and products for home storage air care pest control and shoe care as well as professional products is seeking aB2B Sales Representative.

Location: Attiki

Working Model: 4 days on-site and 1 day remote

Working Days & Hours: Monday Friday morning hours

You will be reporting to: Business Account Manager

What you will do:

  • Sales Execution: managing the geographic area (Attiki Greece) to execute sales plans by utilizing promotional materials strategies and goals with focus on Sales KPIs achievements : Out Of Stock planogram 2nd POS
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports including performance metrics and sales goals within the process of identifying areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Relationship Building: visit cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients on the field (Attiki Area) ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets demonstrating a commitment to achieving and surpassing key performance indicators.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback to continuously enhance sales skills and contribute to personal and team growth.

What we are looking for:

  • University degree (BSc) in Business Administration or a related field will be considered an asset
  • 23 years of experience in Sales/Merchandising within FMCG companies will be considered an asset
  • Drivers license to properly manage the area of responsibility (Attiki)
  • Results-driven with strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills
