Job Description
Our client is amarket leaderin the Waste and Recycling industries and have observed no downturn in business unlike a number of their competitors no worrying if you will drop in hours!
They are looking for ongoing Casual to PermanentHR Truck Driversto join their busy Depot is based inRockleaand has 4 x Driving positions withASAPstarts acrossRear LiftandHook Lift (RORO)Waste/Recycling Trucks.
Any HR or above ticketed Drivers that have experience in Waste Trucks or simply have good tenure in a multi-drop HR Delivery role you will be ideal for this role!
Plentiful Overtime is availableand continuity of workexpected to run40hour work week minimumwithweekend worksuch as every Saturday or every Sunday. Most shifts howeveraverage 10 hourswith some 8 hour shiftsin quieter periods.
Hook Lift RORO - Truck Driver
Deliver and pickup industrial Skip Bins for Commercial Properties / Businesses generally a mixture of recycling packaging general waste materials and consumables.
If you are an experiencedtruck driver but you havent picked up / delivered skips on customer sites - Full Training isprovided!
- Monday to Friday Very Early Day Shift
- 2am start with 8 hour shifts until the run is done
- Working every Saturday paid as Overtime - excellent penalty rates!
- $38.07 - $70.36 per hour!
Rear Lift Truck Driver
Pickup and empty plastic bins of general waste - recyclable cans / plastic and glass bottles from businesses. Roll the bin to the back and operate the lifter to tip them in.
- Monday to Friday for a late Day Shift
- 11am start 7pm finish (or until the run is done)
- Working every Sunday paid as Overtime -great penalty rates!
- $38.07 - $70.36 per hour
All Casual Rates are VERY close to the Permanent Rates when converting across. No big drop in rate when going permanent!
