Role Summary:

The Team Member Experience Partner will assist with the delivery of incredible experiences for all team members throughout their journey with our credit union. The Team Member Experience Partner will work collaboratively with internal partners and external vendors to create and deliver experiences for our team members that steward an organizational culture that is mission and values driven and supports strategic initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing:

  1. Assist in the delivery and communication of the Team Member Experience functions philosophy strategy process practices and procedures under the direction of the VP of Team Engagement.
  2. Work collaboratively within the Team Member Experience Team to create and deliver experiences for our team members that steward an organizational culture that is mission and values driven and supports strategic initiatives.
  3. Create and deliver engagement campaigns events programs initiatives and processes as assigned while ensuring they are within scope schedule and budget and meet the needs and goals of each.
  4. Lead the team member recognition and rewards program.
  5. Develop and dissemination of engaging content and activities for our internal social networking channels utilizing multiple channels.
  6. Solicit facilitate and respond to team member feedback utilizing multiple channels.
  7. Assist in the delivery of Inclusion and Belonging efforts and initiatives as assigned.
  8. Partner with Communications to ensure alignment in the credit unions internal and external reputation and employment brand.
  9. Champion the credit unions culture mission values and brand.
  10. Consistently display successful communication and listening skills with peers members leadership and vendors.
  11. Perform administrative functions associated with areas of responsibility and duties.
  12. Serve on project teams as assigned.
  13. Maintain general understanding of all business units within the credit union.
  14. Maintain awareness of policies and regulations related to duties and responsibilities.
  15. Attend credit union training sessions conferences or seminars as approved.
  16. Maintain and protect all sensitive data utilizing the highest standard of confidentiality and professionalism.
  17. Control risk in all areas of assigned responsibility and operate in a safe and sound manner.

About You:

  1. Creative thinker.
  2. Detail-oriented and organized.
  3. Proven ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency in a fast pace and sometimes stressful work environment.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent listening skills and customer service attributes.
  5. Work cohesively and successfully in a team environment.
  6. Able to initiate and coordinate work establish relationships and negotiate with vendors for work or projects to be completed.

What You Will Need:

  1. More than one (1) year of similar or related experience in Human Resources Team Engagement event planning or public relations experience.
  2. Two (2) year degree with emphasis in Human Resources or related field; education may be substituted with year-for-year additional experience in function.
  3. Proficiency with standard office equipment business software Acrobat Microsoft Office programs Excel as well as Windows operating systems.
  4. Some travel is required to attend credit union training fulfill duties and for career development as approved.

Salary Range:

$21.74 - $32.61

*While our full pay range is listed most new team members typically start between the minimum and midpoint based on their experience and qualifications. This approach gives room to grow within the role as your career progresses with us!
