Job Summary
Mark Kia/Fix AutoScottsdale is a rapidly growing collision center serving the Scottsdale and surrounding are in immediate need for aCollision Center Estimatorto join our winning team.
AtMark Auto Group we strive to make every customer a customer for life. That means being able to provide them a high level of service all the way from the sale of a vehicle to servicing and maintaining their vehicle and to also be there in the case of a collision whether minor or major. Our Arizona dealerships have been serving the valley for over 25 years!
Responsibilities:
- Great each customer in a professionalmanner
- Writing in Mitchell will be primary and must have previous experience
- Inspect vehicle and prepare damage estimate and review with customer
- Inspect with insurance companies and review estimates with insurance companyand customer
- Review repair process and charges with customer
- Obtain proper authorizations
- Generatework orders assist with parts ordering and close as necessary
- Communicate with team on status to update insurance companies and customers
- Provide Quality inspection once W.O.R. complete
- Perform vehicle handoff and walkaroundreturn to customers

Qualifications
- Organized friendly and outgoing personality
- Demonstrated ability to manage others
- Time management skills
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
- Body shop Service or estimating experience preferred but will train the right candidate
- DRP experience a plus
- Ability to write effective in Mitchell and CCC Mitchell is primary what we are looking for
