Group Leader: Afterschool Teacher - Part-time Group Leader Blue Ridge TX

AlphaBEST Explorations happen when our Explorers (students) have Guides (Group Leaders) who are dedicated to fun and learning! Are you ready to join the fun Lets put more wonder in the world!
Location: Blue Ridge ISD
2025-2026 School Year
Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:30-6:00 PM
Pay & Benefits:
- $15 hourly rate

As an AlphaBEST Guide youll be trained and have the chance to do the following:
- Plan and facilitate core programming to advance the physical social emotional and intellectual development of children.
- Work collaboratively with peers to share program-related information and complete adventurous tasks that ignite a childs sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on the students interests and talents.
- Provide a caring family-oriented environment where positive staff child and parent relationships are fostered.
Heres what youll need:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations
