IWP (Injured Workers Pharmacy) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team! As a Patient Experience Coordinator you will be the compassionate voice and trusted guide for patients navigating our workers compensation pharmacy services. This is a critical role in delivering a positive and supportive experience to our enrolled patients while also collaborating closely with our pharmacy staff or shipping partners.
What Youll do:
- Serve as the frontline Customer Service Representative for IWP by responding to patient inquiries via inbound and outbound calls emails chats or texts.
- Deliver exceptional empathetic customer service ensuring each interaction is handled with care professionalism and a patient first advocate mindset
- Proactively resolve patient concerns inquiries opportunities and complaints with effective communication and a solution based approach
- Accurately document all interactions and maintain detailed records within patient accounts
- Uphold quality assurance standard by consistently meeting Key performance Indicators (KPIs) and documentation expectations
- Collaborate with Sales Enrollment Claims and Pharmacy teams to resolve any patient inquiries
- Stay informed on company and departmental updates policies and best practices to provide accurate and current information to patients
What Youll Need to Succeed
- Ability to work a full-time schedule:
- Rotating Saturdays once fully trained
- 2 years of customer service experience (account management call center hospitality or other client facing rolls)
- Strong Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Clear professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast moving team-oriented call center environment
- Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing priorities or procedures
- Proficient documentation and follow up skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
