Job Summary

Job Description

Our client is a shopping mall and department store comprising hypermarkets supermarkets large retail stores and convenience stores operating a retail business of consumer goods in Thailand.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensuring that payments are processed according to internal controls and approval workflows including verifying payment details and authorizations.
Communicating with banks and payment service providers to manage payment-related queries and resolve any issues.
Coordinating with other departments such as accounts payable and finance to ensure smooth payment processes and resolve any issues.
Leading or participating in projects related to treasury operations and systems supporting the implementation and maintenance of treasury management systems.
Analyzing and managing payment-related costs including bank fees and transaction charges to optimize overall payment efficiency.
Ensuring that payment systems are integrated with other financial systems (e.g. ERP systems) to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.
Utilizing various payment channels (e.g. bank platforms payment service providers) to execute transactions efficiently.
Ensuring that all treasury activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

28-40 years old Thai nationality.
A bachelors Degree or higher in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field is required.
At least 3 years of experience in Treasury (e.g. payment gateway coordinating with banks etc.) in the retail or related industry is required.
Experience in transaction banking corporate banking or corporate treasury is a plus.
Ability to work well under pressure with high responsibility and possess strong knowledge of treasury functions.
Proficiency in using Oracle programs is an advantage.
Good command of English especially in written communication.
Strong skills in MS Office especially in Excel.
Able to work 5 days a week at the Bungkum area.
