What Youll Do

Champion the development and continuous improvement of project management methodologies frameworks and toolssetting the gold standard for delivery across our global teams.
Lead inspire and grow a diverse team of project managers fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and professional growth.
Monitor global project portfolios to ensure disciplined schedule cost and quality management.
Provide strategic oversight for high-profile complex projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Drive process & tooling improvement initiatives leveraging data and insights to enhance efficiency effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders acting as an advisor and advocate for best-in-class project management practices.
Represent the organization at corporate events sharing thought leadership and driving our reputation as a center of excellence.

Is This Opportunity Right for You

Were seeking candidates who bring:

Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field (Masters preferred) or equivalent experience.
10 years of progressive experience in project management & PMO operations including 5 years in senior leadership roles within global organizations.
Proven track record of PMO establishment managing large complex project portfolios and leading high-performing geographically dispersed teams.
Experience in large Telco BSS (Catalogue Order Management CRM Billing OCS) implementations
Exceptional strategic thinking analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication stakeholder engagement and change management abilities.
Experience in the Media and/or Financial Services sectors is highly desirable.
Willingness to travel globally to engage with teams stakeholders and customers.
