Who you are:
Responsible for order contacts and communication with sales customers and internal cross-functional persons. Handle orders to meet the needs of customers. Support improvement projects and activities within the field.
About the job:
- General responsible for quality strategy and daily activity of GPHE LA and GPHE GCC factory.
GPHE LAGPHE GCC
- Responsible for the performance and output of the Quality Department
- Set and follow up targets for the Quality Department broken down from factory level
- Drive the development of the Quality Department
- Comply with standards and requirements set up and execute inspection plan
- Drive quality problems investigation and follow up corrective actions
- Coordinate the claim handling and follow up
- Act as contact person for quality related topic with sales product center or customer if needed
- Interface with Production Technical Sourcing Global Quality on quality matters and improvement activities.
- Coordinate the internal and external (3rd party and customer) audit
- Maintain and improve quality system
- Drive ALPS related activities in Quality team.
- Leading and developing the people in Quality Department
- empowering YOUR people to accomplish their mission
- removing things that prevent success finding gaps and closing them being the link/connecting point to other functions and creating order out of chaos
- Giving your people what they require - and getting out of their way!
-You provide the equipment resources or sometimes just the clarity of purpose or the context of the mission

Special:
- Implement ISO Product Safety Registration AEO ASME Nuclear management system in the factory.

What you know:
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience
- Above 3 years relevant Leadership and Management skills

- Above 5 years of working experience in quality function

- Experience from improvement tools e g 5S Six Sigma Kaizen. Certified GB is plus
5S Six Sigma
- Project work experience
