Job Description
Senior Procurement Specialist
The Senior Procurement Specialist is a key contributor within the Supply Chain function at Restaurant Technologies responsible for overseeing the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process while driving strategic sourcing initiatives. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of balancing tactical execution with strategic thinking to optimize procurement operations and supplier relationships.
Travel: up to 20% domestically
Location: Preferably located in Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro area; hybrid work arrangements.
Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $95000 - $110000 annually depending on experience and performance. Please note that the base salary will vary based on geographic location market conditions and the candidates experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee and enforce the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process across all assigned suppliers and product categories.
Manage procurement activities related to purchased parts equipment and service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Process purchase orders promptly and accurately to support customer-centric service and timely deliveries.
Lead initiatives to enhance the performance and quality of purchased materials and services minimizing total costs while supporting financial objectives including EBITDA and cash flow.
Identify evaluate and manage supplier relationships to foster innovation and support new product development efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business requirements.
Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize supplier partnerships and drive long-term value creation.
Ensure strict adherence to all applicable regulations policies and procurement guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Supply Chain or a related field
Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in Procurement Supply Chain Business or Finance
ERP Systems: Minimum of 3 years experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or other cloud-based ERP systems
Project & Quality Management: Background in Project Management or Quality improvement methodologies
OEM & Contract Manufacturing Management: Proven ability to oversee and collaborate with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and contract manufacturers within a source-to-sell environment.
Strategic Sourcing Expertise: Extensive experience in sourcing fluid management components and electromechanical assemblies
