Position Summary:
Works within the Talent Enablement Center to provide operational support including reporting analysis measurement talent audit sampling project management and some continuous improvement as it relates to talent transactional processes and audits as well as light technology support. Overall the ideal candidate for this position would be a proactive analytical and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of HR processes and technology.
