Job Description
Job Title: Halloween Lift Ride Theatre Cast Member
Rate of Pay: $7.75/hr PLUS Season Pass
Shift: Part-Time October 18th 31st
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
SUMMARY
The Halloween Lift Ride theatre cast member will be energetic outgoing and passionate for entertaining guests. Theyll enjoy working outdoors and interacting with fellow cast members to create a dynamic Halloween experience for guests. Theyll be able to perform in a variety of settings and under varying conditions. Cast members must be able to improvise and adjust their delivery based on audience and conditions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform in an outdoor environment and the conditions that exist in such a setting.
- Focus on appropriately entertaining guests to enhance guest experience.
- Be in character while performing including proper costuming.
- Perform based on nightly assignments which may vary based on casting needs for that night.
- Use good judgment to ensure safety while working on the mountain in low light conditions.
- Enjoy entertaining others and being creative in your approach.
- Be good stewards of the mountain.
- Support the recycling program.

- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl and reach with hands and arms. The employee may occasionally be required to lift and move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision peripheral vision and depth perception.
