Payroll Service Specialist responsible for day-to-day payroll operations per documented processes and procedures supporting several EMEA countries. For this particular position proficiency in the French language is an essential requirement.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Validating and processing data inputs for our payroll and time tracking systems
Query handling through our ServiceNow ticketing system
Support our continuous improvement journey bij further streamlining and centralizing processes
General HR/Payroll administrative supporting activities (i.e. process documentation continuous improvement provide training etc.)
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Completed at least 2 years College Vocational or Bachelors Degree in any field
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR or payroll highly preferred
Experience with ADP Celergo CloudPay or other payroll software nice to have
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
Agile and flexible mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment
