Payments Solutions Specialist
Applications are currently being invited for the position of Payment Solutions Specialist in the Airline Retailing team of the Customer department in Dublin.
Reporting to the Payment Product Manager the successful candidate will have overall responsibility for supporting the implementation of the payment strategy by identifying tracking and reporting on key performance indicators. With a strong focus on customer-centric insights they will analyse customer feedback and data to uncover bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement across all payment touchpoints. These include but are not limited to the Aer Lingus website mobile site mobile app New Distribution Capability (NDC) platform Global Distribution Systems (GDS) Customer Contact Centre in-flight purchases and airport check-in
