About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Vice President to join our Client Experience Platform team. This leadership position will be crucial in implementing and delivering digital workflow solutions that enhance our clients web experience across the CitcoOne platform. Working closely with the Senior Vice President of Client Experience Platform this role will focus on transforming traditional client interactions into seamless digital experiences across our various business lines including Hedge Funds Fund of Funds Private Equity and Real Estate Funds.

This role combines deep understanding of client workflows with digital transformation expertise to create efficient user-friendly solutions that streamline client interactions and improve operational efficiency. The VP will work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify design and implement digital workflow opportunities that enhance the client experience.

This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Client Experience Platform.



Responsibilities

Your Role:

  • Lead the identification and implementation of digitization opportunities across client workflows and interactions
  • Design and oversee the development of end-to-end digital solutions for client approvals queries and deliverables
  • Collaborate with business units to map current processes and design improved digital workflows
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions
  • Ensure consistency in platform development and user experience across all asset classes
  • Drive adoption of digital solutions through effective change management and client engagement
  • Develop and maintain documentation of workflow processes and requirements
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of implemented solutions through metrics and client feedback
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
  • Work closely with the SVP to align workflow initiatives with overall platform strategyYou will serve as a product expert and the voice of all our internal and external CItcoOne users


Qualifications

About You:

  • 7 years of experience in digital transformation workflow automation or similar roles preferably in financial services
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing digital workflow solutions at scale
  • Strong understanding of business process management and workflow optimization
  • Experience with client-facing applications and user experience design
  • Deep knowledge of financial services operations and client service processes
  • Strong project management skills with experience in agile methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Bachelors degree required; relevant advanced degree preferred
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and team members globally
