Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to drive impactful corporate communications with focus on culture organizational change and alignment. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of people strategy and storytellingpartnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to craft and deliver messages that engage inform and inspire employees while ensuring smooth people-centered adoption of role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires someone who thrives in complex fast-paced and mission-driven environments.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership guiding messaging for change initiatives company announcements and culture-building efforts. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams you will ensure communications are consistent transparent and reinforce a high-performing connected culture.
Strategic Communication and Engagement
- Define and lead the internal and external communications strategy to support organizational goals culture and employee engagement.
- Advise executive leadership on messaging storytelling and communication best practices.
- Partner with Marketing and the executive team to strengthen company reputation through clear consistent messaging aligned with the corporate narrative.
- Draft and edit press releases media statements thought leadership content and executive speaking materials.
- Oversee program management for key initiatives including Social Media Ambassadors Monthly Town Halls and Employee Value Proposition campaigns.
- Develop and implement communication plans for People Operations programs ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Create high-impact content across channelsemail Slack intranet presentations video and interactive platformsto inform and inspire employees.
- Track analyze and report on the effectiveness of communications initiatives using insights to continuously refine strategy.
- Drive adoption of innovative communication tools and techniques to maintain a modern efficient and engaging employee experience.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in communications Organizational Psychology Business or a related field preferred.
- 10 years of experience in internal communications change management employee engagement or related functions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact communication and change strategies across large complex and/or matrixed organizations.
- Exceptional writing storytelling and message development skills with a clear engaging voice.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci (ADKAR) Kotter or Lewin.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with digital communication platforms (e.g. SharePoint MS Teams Microsoft 365 Slack others etc.)
- The ability to craft clear simple and powerful messages that inspire diverse audiences.
- Background in healthcare tech-first product-led or mission-driven organizations a plus
- Able to navigate ambiguity prioritize across multiple initiatives and think both creatively and strategically
- A curious people-first mindset with a passion for connection and clarity
This is an exempt position. The salary range is $190000 - $225000 USD
For Salary position only:The salary range is for Base will be determined based on several factors including but not limited to skill set years of experience and the employees geographic location.
