Otis est creciendo y estamos reclutando un Vendedor de Servicios encargado de prospectar planear escuchar e interpretar el comportamiento de los clientes y sugerir de forma creativa las iniciativas que incentiven el crecimiento de nuevos negocios y el reconocimiento de marca.


En un da normal tendrs que:

  • Gestionar una cartera de ascensores manteniendo buenas relaciones de trabajo con los clientes existentes.

  • Buscar y Crear nuevas cuentas y proyectos en las plataformas y/o herramientas destinadas para ese fin.

  • Servir de contacto principal para la resolucin oportuna de las necesidades de los clientes en torno a las consultas.Desarrollar nuevos clientes a travs de llamadas en fro creacin de redes ofertas y licitaciones.

  • Construir tu propia estrategia de ventas para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas.

  • Hacer seguimiento semanal a las ofertas entregadas a los clientes. Buscar las aprobaciones de negociaciones de manera gil y eficaz para conseguir el cierre de los negocios.

  • Recolectar la documentacin legal del cliente para la generacin del booking.

  • Respaldar con eficiencia la gestin de cobro e instalaciones cuando sea necesario.

Lo que necesitars para tener xito!

  • Educacin: Profesional en Ingeniera Industrial Ingeniera Civil Administracin de Empresas o campo relevante o a fines.

  • Experiencia: Preferiblemente 4 aos de experiencia demostrable como Vendedor Asesor Comercial o Consulto de Ventas o similares o Preventa

  • Idiomas: ingls bsico (A2).

  • Conocimientos tcnicos: Experiencia en campaas de relacionamiento y experiencia al cliente. Familiaridad con softwares de gestin de relaciones con el cliente.

  • Requerimientos y Habilidades: Slidos conocimientos de informtica incluidos MS Office (intermedio avanzado) . De preferencia conocimiento de herramientas de CRM y anlisis de datos.
