Our client requires self-motivated Mechanical Fitters for their team immediately.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to become a valuable part of our permanent full-timemine site team and truly put your mechanical skills to use.
Youll be a key player in the fault finding repair assembly and rebuilding of mining equipment including hydraulics and earth moving components. Youll also be responsible for ongoing preventative maintenance inspections and reporting.
About You
You have a demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and theability to work independently as well as within a team. Yourverbal and written communication skills are strong and you canread and understand engineering drawings.
Yourewillingto travel at short notice and stay overnight when required. Youre prepared to work in confined spaces and at heights andare physically fit enough to work within a plant environment includingclimbing access stairs with tools and equipment.
Previous experience writing reports will be advantageous.
Successful candidates will have:
- Coal Board Medical
- Relevant Trade Qualification
- Standard 11 - Statement of Attainment
- High-Risk Work Licence (highly desirable)
- Working at Heights andGas Test Atmosphere training
- Current drivers license (MR and HR beneficial)
- Demonstrated CHPP / processing plant or mining experience
