Job Summary

Controller Responsibilities
- Oversight of all day to day office and accounting functions
- Preparation and analyzingof financial statements that are completed in a timely manner
- Manages and trains office staff
- Comply with local state and federal reporting requirements and tax fillings
- Maintain effective cash flow management
- Communicate with other departments on a regular basis
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements schedules and other accounts
- Ensure records are maintained in orderly current and accurate fashion
- Figure month end commissions
- Process inter-company transactions
- Maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies
Controller Requirements
- Minimum 4 Year Accounting Degree
- Skilled in Microsoft office and accounting programs
- Effective Communication Skills
- Highly professional
- Dependable
- Strong organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Working knowledge of dealership financial statements and other financial information
- Positive attitude
