**Job Title:** Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)
**Location:** Fort Worth TX

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care conduct thorough assessments and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement customized treatment plans. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and assessments of patients.
- Diagnose and manage chronic illnesses including prescribing appropriate medications and therapies.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to create implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Conduct patient follow-up visits to monitor health status and treatment effectiveness.
- Provide patient education regarding preventive health measures treatment options and lifestyle modifications.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work radiographs and other studies.
- Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in clinical practice treatment methodologies and healthcare regulations.
- Provide compassionate support to patients and their families addressing their concerns and needs.
**Qualifications:**
- Masters degree in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) or completion of a PA program from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- National certification as an NP or PA (e.g. AANP ANCC NCCPA).
- Prefer of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred particularly in pain management but willing to interview new graduates and candidates with experience with other specialties.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a commitment to quality patient care.
