Work Hours (Shift) 1st Shift (7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday)
Starting Pay $19 per hour

Required Education High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience Plastic Extrusion experience (preferred but not required) Production/Manufacturing experience (preferred but not required)
As a Production Team Member you will operate machinery handle raw materials and follow procedures to ensure efficient and high-quality production. Training is provided and no prior experience is required. This is a great opportunity for those eager to learn and grow in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
- Operate granulator and other machinery for processing materials.
- Read and interpret prints (part dimensions fabrication specs tolerances and packaging requirements).
- Use measuring instruments such as calipers micrometers and check fixtures.
- Shut down tear down and clean equipment for the next production run.
- Organize and segregate materials for the reclaim process.
- Assist with other production-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED-
- Reliable with a strong attendance record
- Ability to lift 40 pounds occasionally
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Experience reading a tape measure
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
