Join us in revolutionizing how the world thinks about access and delivery. Amazon Key has evolved from a last-mile delivery solution into a powerful end-to-end contactless access platform thats transforming logistics operations and user experiences across multiple industries.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to drive the expansion of Amazon Key our groundbreaking smart access technology thats reshaping the future of logistics and access management. While we started by solving last-mile delivery challenges in security-gated buildings were now expanding into:
Interstate transportation and logistics
Driver authentication and facility access
Enterprise-level access management solutions
Commercial partner integrations
Third-party business applications
Key job responsibilities
Your Impact:
Youll lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of Amazon Keys expansion in Japan working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology business innovation and customer experience. This role offers the exceptional opportunity to:
Shape the future of contactless access technology across multiple industries
Pioneer new use cases for Amazon Key beyond traditional delivery
Develop and execute strategies for external commercialization
Lead cross-functional teams in implementing revolutionary access solutions
Transform how businesses and consumers think about security and access management

- 6 years of Business strategy or Non-Tech Program Management experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Business level written and verbal Japanese (Ability to negotiate business partnerships with Japanese corporations) and Business level written and verbal English
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
- Experience in setting up new businesses on their own: defining project objectives status and performance metrics and communicating with key stakeholders
