- 6 years of Business strategy or Non-Tech Program Management experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Business level written and verbal Japanese (Ability to negotiate business partnerships with Japanese corporations) and Business level written and verbal English
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
- Experience in setting up new businesses on their own: defining project objectives status and performance metrics and communicating with key stakeholders
