Job Summary

Position: Senior Project Manager

Location: in one of the following locations: Belgrade Serbia / Bucharest Romania OR Riga Latvia

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customize the visual design and user experience to align with the organizations brand and identity.
Curate and deliver a selection of high-demand offerings tailored to target audience preferences.
Adapt content and services to suit regional or demographic preferences increasing relevance and engagement.
Oversee full project lifecycles ensuring delivery on time within budget and according to defined quality standards.
Work across departments to align goals set timelines and define responsibilities clearly.
Supervise the setup and execution of systems or infrastructure projects to ensure smooth and efficient integration.
Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders managing communication progress tracking and issue resolution.
Track project progress identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively.
Ensure activities comply with internal policies and promote continuous improvement through feedback and shared learning.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
Approximately 10 years of experience in project management including 23 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
Background in managing large-scale complex projects across diverse industries (sector-specific experience not mandatory).
Comfortable balancing responsibilities across people management (30%) direct project and delivery oversight (50%) and process optimization or continuous improvement (1015%).
Confident in managing both teams and project deliverables simultaneously.
Hands-on experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or product development process alongside operational execution.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
