Job Description
Position: Senior Project Manager
Location: in one of the following locations: Belgrade Serbia / Bucharest Romania OR Riga Latvia
Employment type: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customize the visual design and user experience to align with the organizations brand and identity.
- Curate and deliver a selection of high-demand offerings tailored to target audience preferences.
- Adapt content and services to suit regional or demographic preferences increasing relevance and engagement.
- Oversee full project lifecycles ensuring delivery on time within budget and according to defined quality standards.
- Work across departments to align goals set timelines and define responsibilities clearly.
- Supervise the setup and execution of systems or infrastructure projects to ensure smooth and efficient integration.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders managing communication progress tracking and issue resolution.
- Track project progress identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Ensure activities comply with internal policies and promote continuous improvement through feedback and shared learning.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Approximately 10 years of experience in project management including 23 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Background in managing large-scale complex projects across diverse industries (sector-specific experience not mandatory).
- Comfortable balancing responsibilities across people management (30%) direct project and delivery oversight (50%) and process optimization or continuous improvement (1015%).
- Confident in managing both teams and project deliverables simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or product development process alongside operational execution.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
