Job Description:
- Own and drive the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework across Mekari.
- Lead the maintenance and strategic updates of the Risk Register and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- Provide risk-based input for internal audit planning vendor assessments and new product evaluations.
- Monitor and assess emerging IT and cybersecurity risks including AI/LLM third-party and operational risks.
- Ensure compliance readiness for ISO 27001 SOC 2 and similar frameworks.
- Ensure proactive risk engagement across all business units (including tech infosec operations finance and commercial) to drive enterprise-wide risk mitigation.
- Deliver clear and structured reporting to executive management and stakeholders.
- Lead the design and execution of company-wide risk awareness campaigns training and communication strategies.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in risk management or information security preferably in SaaS or tech companies.
- Strong expertise in IT risk cloud environment cybersecurity and data governance.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM risks compliance frameworks (ISO SOC 2) and internal controls.
Stakeholder management critical thinking and reporting skills.
