What will you do
In this position you will join our growing Hong Kong Built Environment business where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that bring ideas to life for our clients across all types of Built Environment projects such as schools data centres casinos and a variety of Government projects.
We know the work we do is vital in assisting our worlds economic development and its the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to bring ideas to life.
- Responsible for Electrical system design for different kind of projects including office hotel mix development banks high quality retail and commercial arcade.
- To prepare Electrical System design narrative calculations schematic drawing control diagram installation drawing layout & plans.
- To collaborate internally with mechanical team in local office or remote office to work out complete design drawings and specification.
- Conduct site inspections and witness Contractors testing and commissioning activities.

What can you bring to the team
Firstly you will share our genuine passion for re-imaging engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need:
- Degree holder in Electrical/BS Engineering or equivalent fulfil the academic qualification requirement for the corporate membership of HKIE / IET / CIBSE;
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Electrical and Building Services engineering disciplines;
- Demonstrate experience in working within design teams and delivering design projects in the Built Environment industry
- Ability to communicate with Clients Authorities Contractors Architects Public Utilities etc.;
- Be driven to deliver high quality design outputs for clients
- Self-motivated
- Demonstrate effective communication (verbal and written) skills
- Experience and knowledge in using design tools such as AutoCAD REVIT DiaLUX Elevate Amtech and etc.
