Job Description
Superintendent Water/Wastewater Construction
Minnesota Direct Hire $87k $160k
We are partnering with a nationally recognized general contractor seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead water/wastewater treatment and utility infrastructure projects. This role will oversee field operations site safety schedules productivity and subcontractor coordination while working closely with the Project Manager and owner/design teams.
Must be willing to travel within the state of Minnesota.
Superintendent Key Responsibilities
Lead all on-site construction activities ensuring safe and productive operations.
Manage project schedules subcontractors and trade partner performance.
Drive site-specific safety and quality programs with a focus on zero incidents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners engineers and field teams.
Troubleshoot challenges and deliver innovative cost-effective solutions.
Superintendent Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
6 years of field leadership experience or 10 years of progressive construction experience.
Proven success delivering water/wastewater or heavy civil projects.
Proficiency with Procore MS Project P6 and related construction software.
OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain); strong safety leadership record.
