We are seeking an Addiction Treatment Associate 2 (CADC-II) to join our team at Her Place a substance use disorder treatment program with supported housing for women who are pregnant and/or parenting children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in an environment that supports women and their children and is a collaborative team member. This position provides client-centered treatment services facilitates evidence-based groups and supports women in recovery as they work toward family reunification stability and recovery.
GENERALSTATEMENT OF DUTIES
Primary responsibility of this class is counseling and case management. May organize and facilitate care coordination teams. Under clinical supervision: Provide counseling and case management to persons served and their families. Prepare and maintain service records. May develop and implement specific services in the community. May be required to facilitate or coordinate 24/7 on call services.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED
Work under supervision of a Clinical Supervisor or designee who assigns work establishes goals and reviews results obtained for overall effectiveness. Work within a team and collaborates with other team members. May also work independently in providing program services.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED
Supervision of others in not a responsibility of positions in this classification however may exercise lead duties and/or responsibilities for employees teams or projects.
The incumbent performs all of the following using a person-centered strengths-based recovery-oriented trauma-informed culturally-sensitive and ethically-guided approach:
Response Level 2: In the event of an emergency employee makes a reasonable effort to report to work. Employee may be required to perform duties outside of their regularly assigned duties. Employee may be requested to work an extended or flexible schedule. Staff at this response level must complete Incident Command System 100 and 700 on-line or in-person training.
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
PUBLIC SERVICE LOAN FORGIVENESS
Marion County is a qualifying public employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. Through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program full-time employees working at the County may qualify for forgiveness of the remaining balance on Direct Student Loans after 120 qualifying monthly payments under a qualifying repayment plan.
