Job Description
Service Writer
We are seeking a friendly and organized Service Writer to join our team. As the key link between customers and technicians youll ensure a smooth service experience from start to finish greeting guests writing repair orders explaining services providing cost estimates with guiding customers towards recommendationsand keeping customers updated from drop-off to pick-up.

What Youll Do:
- Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns
- Write accurate repair orders and explain recommended services
- Explain and sell recommended services
- Communicate updates between customers and technicians
- Ensure services are completed on time and to customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and follow-up
What Were Looking For:
- Previous customer service or automotive service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A positive customer-focused attitude
