Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Ireland Consulting Team at Mercer. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a consulting analyst you will work as part of a team supporting consultants in all aspects of pensions consulting and governance work on both corporate and trustee clients.
You will work directly with Ireland-based consultants and manage the delivery of services to our clients.
We will count on you to:
- Draft and update all the relevant governance documents required under IORP II;
- Collect information to provide to Key Function holders (Internal Audit and/or Risk Manager);
- Prepare and link with the different stakeholders to prepare the governance compliance checklist;
- Supporting in the preparation of Trustee meetings packs;
- Liaise with other Mercer business areas to deliver a streamlined service to clients;
- Support the business in tasks such as the billing process general analysis etc;
- Be involved in ad-hoc project work as required for example risk management deliveries ETV projects etc.
What you need to have:
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (C1/C2);
- Excellent planning and organisational skills in order to prioritise and effectively manage a wide variety of ongoing tasks in order to meet the multiple deadlines;
- Proven team player with a flexible attitude towards work;
- Ability to multitask prioritise workloads and sometimes work to tight deadlines;
- Proven ability to deliver excellent client service and satisfaction;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (in particular a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word);
- Good attention to detail is critical;
- Proactive and goal oriented.
