Team Profile:

Operational Risk Department (ORD) Scenario Analysis Team provides support to coverage officers in timely management of operational risk scenario workshops as well as calculation of scenarios such as Cyber Attacks Business Disruption Events or Transaction Errors and many more. The team also supports ORD framework improvements capital calculations builds reports inhouse and helps in the management of ORD applications used to run Scenario Analysis Program.

You will:
- Manage the firmwide Scenario Analysis Program
- Produce exploratory data analysis on operational risk data
- Establish the relationship between driver and loss impact
- Identify scenario storylines and measure associated loss impact
- Partner collaboratively with other groups in the development of Scenario Analysis technology
- Design visual representation of data and results You have:
- Bachelors or higher degree preferably in a quantitative field such as Finance Economics Mathematics or Business
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in risk/financial services or any relevant position
- General knowledge of financial markets and products
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Collaborative / Team player mindset - ability to prioritize and work effectively with colleagues to meet a common goal
- Interest to study identification of operational risk measuring potential losses managing risk method of capital modelling natural language processing
