What is the role
As Senior Legal Counsel you will be more than just part of a support function. You will be a true enabling business partner working across diverse high-impact projects that span commercial regulatory innovation operations product development market expansion and strategic partnerships. As Senior Legal Counsel you will operate at a strategic level partnering with key stakeholders to effectively manage legal risks. You will provide commercially pragmatic advice and will actively contribute to the ongoing success of the business. You will have direct access to executive leadership team and a seat at the table when decisions are made.

Join a dynamic commercially focused legal team consisting of a Head of Legal two other Senior Legal Counsels and a Legal Executive.
Partner directly with our executive leadership team.
Support exciting product innovations and new market entries.
Shape strategic partnerships and commercial ventures.
Building strong trusted relationships across the organisation.
Collaborate across diverse cross-functional global projects to influence strategic and operational decisions at all levels.
Lead and support negotiations of a wide variety of complex commercial contracts (distribution supplier commercial collaboration to name just a few).
Develop and enhance legal processes templates and tools that scale with our business and set us up for future success.
Contribute to the continued success of the overall legal function.

What education and experience are required
Qualified Solicitor admitted in Ireland.
5 years PQE ideally with a strong corporate or commercial background.
Background in life sciences industry an advantage.
Excellent judgment communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive accountable mindsetyou take ownership and deliver.
Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-moving global environment.
Experience in medical devices or healthcare is an advantage but not essential.
High curiosity integrity and adaptability.
Solutions-oriented resourceful and excited by doing things differently.
