Job Description

UX Researcher
(2-year Renewal Contract)

Responsibilities:
Drive user research and usability studies: planning facilitating and executing in-person and remote quantitative and qualitative usability/user testing research studies analysing the data and presenting user testing insights
Utilise different testing methods including usability reviews and/or heuristic evaluations clickstream analysis 5-second tests A/B or multivariate testing focus group discussions and others
Conduct design research projects employing observational techniques to better understand customer motivations behaviours and needs
Distil research findings into insights and communicate the insights to other teams to drive product and design decisions
Maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of different research methodologies and data analysis techniques
Requirements
Relevant experience planning conducting analysing and presenting the results of user research/usability testing with various methodologies
Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative usability/user testing methods metrics interface design and usability principles and best practices
Familiarity with developing and delivering research sharing platforms/programmes
