Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Extensive experience in a Healthcare account specifically US benefits
- At least 3 years of experience in process improvement and quality assurance (QA)
- Total professional experience of no less than 7 years
- Preferred: Six Sigma methodologies and certifications
Knowledge Areas:
- Root cause analysis
- Lean methodologies
- Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Quality concepts
Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis & Improvement: Map current processes identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks and develop solutions to optimize operations.
- Project Leadership: Lead process improvement projects oversee their execution and ensure successful implementation of changes.
- Methodology Application: Apply tools and techniques like Lean Six Sigma Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping to facilitate improvements.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and reporting systems to track process performance and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
