JOB TITLE: Quality Control Officer (Microbiologist)

JOB DETAILS:
- As a Quality Control Officer (Microbiologist) you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of our sesame products.
- You will be responsible for conducting microbiological testing monitoring processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Your expertise will help us uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct microbiological testing on raw materials in-process products and finished goods.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and evaluate processing conditions to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and results.
- Stay updated on industry standards regulations and best practices in food safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Microbiology is a must
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control preferably in food processing or a related industry.
- Knowledge of sesame is a plus
- Strong knowledge of microbiological testing methods and food safety regulations (e.g. HACCP ISO).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
