Job Description

Who We Are:
The Marketing Team at X in Japan drives consistent high-impact messaging across the Japan region and media channels B2B and B2C Marketing as a core growth initiative. We develop marketing content and execute campaigns across diverse channelsincluding events websites social email webinars article posts and moreto deliver results for all-sized businesses in Japan.


This Marketing Manager role is pivotal in crafting compelling creative assets and managing their execution to support high-impact marketing campaigns across Japan.

What Youll Do:

The Marketing Manager is a dynamic role for candidates with strong content development and campaign execution experience. You will:

  • Develop and execute content for Japan marketing campaigns focusing on events X ads sales narratives website landing pages email social media webinars article posts and other channels.

  • Oversee the end-to-end content development and execution process from ideation and development to execution and optimization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Ad sales Content partnerships Research Global marketing team) to align content with campaign goals and ensure seamless execution across the region and channels.

  • Analyze performance data to derive insights and refine creative and content strategies for future campaigns.

  • Ensure all creative outputs meet Xs standards for quality consistency and effectiveness with a focus on global scalability

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required preferably in marketing communications or a related field.

  • Proficient in both Japanese and English (verbal and written).

  • 35 years of experience in marketing social media business content development or campaign execution with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.

  • Passion for delivering customer and user-focused impactful content.

  • Experience with SMB or B2B marketing is a plus.

  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) graphic design tools X Ads Google Ads or other ad managers is preferred.
