Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Were seeking a Platform Associate to support the daily operations of our gaming platform. The Platform Associate will assist with provider integrations performance reporting content coordination. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into platform management combining operational support data tracking and cross-team collaboration to ensure smooth performance of our gaming ecosystem.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Platform & Integration Support:

Assist with end-to-end game integration process alongside senior team members

Track integration timelines and help update release schedules

Support monitoring of platform performance and reporting technical issues

Coordinate with engineering team on small-scale requirements and improvements

Provider Relationship Support:

Help coordinate release schedules and content submissions

Maintain provider performance trackers and documentation

Assist in managing expectations and following up on open issues

Content & Communication Coordination:

Support coordination of marketing assets for game releases

Assist with internal communication on feature launches and updates

Ensure messaging consistency by helping distribute platform updates

Work with marketing team to track promotions and game launches

Project Management Support:

Update project trackers and report status to senior platform team

Identify bottlenecks and escalate to managers when needed

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Use tools such as Amplitude and Metabase to pull basic reports

Maintain and update performance dashboards under manager guidance

Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:

12 years experience in gaming social casino or digital platform environment (internships/entry-level roles count)

Familiarity with project coordination or operations preferred

Exposure to data analysis or reporting is a plus

Interest in gaming industry and platform operations

Technical Skills:

Basic proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets

Familiarity with data tools (Amplitude Metabase or similar) preferred

Basic understanding of game platform operations

SQL knowledge is a plus but not required

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Good organizational and multitasking skills

Detail-oriented and eager to learn

Analytical mindset with problem-solving approach

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education:

Bachelors degree in business technology or related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
