Qualifications:
- Minimum 3.0 overall GPA required
- Minimum of a Junior undergraduate or graduate student
- Pursuing a degree in Environmental Sciences Sustainability Business Environmental Engineering Materials Science Data Analytics or another related field
- Research/analytical skills
- Ability to work with large sets of data and interpret trends and changes
- Time management skills
- Proactive self-starter
- Agility to adapt to rapidly changing demands and multiple stakeholder requests
- Detail-oriented
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Have a general passion for sustainability and how to integrate it in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Have an interest in working for a global company and an understanding of a corporate work environment and culture
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Seek a wide range of opportunities for growth and development
Responsibilities:
- Data collection for Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM)
- Data collection for CA Senate Bill 253
- Data collection for Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) regulation
- Responding to customer sustainability questionnaire requests
- Actively monitor and research new emerging and changing regulations for potential business impacts as well as benchmarking activities
