As a Residential Portfolio Manager at GC Realty & Development youll oversee a portfolio of properties while serving as a trusted advisor to our clients. Your job goes beyond day-to-day management-youll be building relationships analyzing performance and ensuring that owners investment strategies align with their financial goals.
From onboarding and financial reviews to approvals and coordination with internal teams youll be the key driver behind each clients success delivering The GC Realty Experience with every interaction.
This role is for someone who thrives on big-picture thinking AND daily execution-solving problems before they arise taking accountability and consistently GSDing.
Salary: $75k-$90k (based on experience)

Manage your assigned portfolio of residential properties ensuring performance and client satisfaction
Be the primary contact for property owners-answering questions resolving issues and providing confident direction
Deliver proactive communication on inspections vacancies tenant issues and financial results
Review financials and ROI providing data-backed recommendations to maximize owner returns
Guide new owners through onboarding setting the tone for trust and success
Manage approvals for repairs turnovers and property decisions
Partner with leasing to reduce vacancy times and strengthen unit performance
Facilitate renewals and negotiations with a balance of client and resident needs
Collaborate with internal teams and jump in on additional projects as needed-because teamwork wins
3 years of experience in property/asset management client services or real estate investment with a focus on owner relations
5 years in property management overall
Strong communication and problem-solving skills-you listen respond and deliver solutions
Confidence in analyzing financials and making investment-focused recommendations
A proactive accountable mindset-you stay ahead of challenges and GSD daily
Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM
