Job family:

The Funds business is a booming business still highly fragmented and manual leaving room for lots of streamlining initiatives and service this respect multiple stimulating projects are ongoing with different departments in touch with the different agents and clients in the world.
Funds is a complex but exciting and involving business which requires a very good analytical approach and interest to learn and to understand the fund market and its main players.

Become responsible for delivering cash or securities operations servicing clients. This position may concentrate on a specific aspect of the business ( transaction processing asset servicing collateral funds banking reconciliation investigations) and may include leading or contributing to projects or initiatives in the areas of operational efficiency risk quality regulatory and strategy.

General Description:
  • Responsibility for a range of highly specialized and non-standard operations
  • Operations requiring research or investigation of information outside of normal procedures.
  • Working independently in operational teams or in teams more focused on projects or transversal initiatives
Role:
  • You have a deep knowledge of all the processes of a domain or knowledge of several business domains.
  • You are a key controller or contact point for most complex matters
  • You are able to manage and resolve situations independently within established guidelines like escalations or more complex investigations .
  • You actively contributes to the continuous improvement by running Problem Solving Sessions review new processes drafting and implementing new procedures that are implemented following managerial review.
  • You can coach and deliver trainings in most of the processes of the team.
  • You can coordinate actions between stakeholders
  • You can actively contribute to projects or initiatives with outputs subject to managerial review.
  • You can provide expertise analyze business needs contribute to recommendations testing supporting operational readiness and implement change of procedures and system changes on one or more processes
