Position: Financial Analyst
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Standard Time
Salary Range: $1800 - $2500/month (open to salary negotiation for the right candidate)
Key Responsibilities
Financial Research & Analysis
- Conduct fundamental research on companies industries and investment themes.
- Build maintain and update financial models.
- Gather and input data for financial analysis.
- Monitor relevant industry events and news.
- Assist with primary research tasks and preparation of investment materials reports and case studies.
- Handle miscellaneous research assignments as needed.
Accounting & Operations
- Support the Controller in managing financial and operational processes.
- Assist with ad hoc financial and operational requests.
General Administration
- Provide comprehensive support to partners and executives in both professional and occasional personal matters.
- Take initiative to identify inefficiencies or gaps and proactively suggest improvements.
- Coordinate schedules documentation and communication where needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Accounting experience required; CPA preferred.
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
- High attention to detailaccuracy and thoroughness are critical.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Availability to work during late morning to early afternoon New York time.
- High ethical standards discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Open to learning and contributing across various areas including operations and administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
