The Sr./ System Administrator is responsible for upkeep and maintenance of the Global Human Capital Management (HCM) system at CWT.
The primary responsibilities include creating and assigning security roles creating elements flex fields actions/ action reasons defining/ editing work flows the system. They manage the bi-annual release upgrades end to end and take care of intermediate configuration and testing of changes. They work closely with the HCM supplier to provide resolutions to technical issues and system collaboration with the HCM supplier the role would also own scheduled outages/ maintenance activities. They drive improvements in the usability of the HCM system to optimize customer experience and ensure up to date systems and training documentation.
