The One Assurance Academy is a two-year traineeship for ambitious starters who are looking for a kick-start to their career in accountancy. You will start with a group of colleagues with different specializations and backgrounds because at PwC we believe that together we come up with the best solutions.

In the One Assurance Academy you have the choice of different tracks: Financial Audit IT Risk Audit & Control Deals Risk & Regulatory Digital Transformation and Technical Accounting. What you will do

In the Financial Audit track you will have the opportunity to gain experience in various market sectors. This includes start-ups international companies and clients in the financial sector. And all while being challenged and guided by enthusiastic colleagues. What you will do:

You will get an inside look at clients where you work on assignments with your team;
You will learn about business processes and systems assess internal controls and verify the financial statements with your team;
You will learn to look at processes and the creation of financial data from different perspectives through the diverse tasks at various clients enabling you to advise the client on these matters;
You will assist in the innovation of our audit processes through various data tools;
If you choose to you can pursue a (post-)masters degree in Register Accountant (RA) paid for by PwC.

You have successfully completed an economic HBO pre-master or university addition you closely follow the developments in your field you are curious and you have the ambition to grow.
